It is possibile to make a remainder for email "without reply" with a "Question Mark" in the text?

You should be able to adapt what is shown in the video to get a reminder if nobody responds. Since you are not using an approval or an e-mail with options, I don't know how the workflow will know when someone responds, but with the Do until action with a parallel step that sends reminders, which is shown in the video, you should be able to create something that meets your needs.

Yes, I will give a practical example:

day 1) I send this email: how are you?

    day 2) no response

    day 3) no response

day 4) I would like a reminder that says "no one has replied to your mail"

No sorry... i don't need a "approval flow"

I need an email for "reminder".

If no one responds to my email

Is this for an approval or send e-mail with options action? If so, you want something like what is shown in this YouTube video https://youtu.be/2oppkoY_D0k. It sets up an approval with reminders. You can probably adapt this for your needs.

Excuse me. I wrote very badly.I mean this:I send an email with a question inside.if no one answered me in the following days, I would like a reminder to remind me. or an email would come back to me saying "no one has answered your question"

Could you provide more information on what you are trying to do? I don't understand what you want to accomplish. I am making the assumption you meant "email reminder" rather than "email remainder".

Do you want to prevent people from replying to the e-mail? If so, and you are only sending it to one person, what I do in that case is to enter the person's name in both the Send to and Reply to fields. That way, if they do reply, they reply to themselves.
