I was able to create a customer connector via the cli but when I went to update I got a validation error eventhough I did not change anything in the apiProperties.json

I can update but I ended up having to remove the strings in the array.

here is a Screen shot of my git diff.

I validated my json with jq on the apiProperties.json file I sent to create the connector. Everything seems valid. any suggestions? Is this on MS's end ?
