Is it possible to remove this part (see red box) of the adaptive card where it tries to promote microsoft flow?

Yes it can probably be done, but I suspect you would have to read everything on the card and make your own custom card. Personally, I don't think its worth the trouble.

    Hi @Phil4

you can build your own custom adaptive cards

Check this video by Audrie Gordon

As @Pstork1 mentioned, it is more work

Good recomendations.  That is the same card building site i am using.  Still cant see where i could eliminate the branding.  Strange that the branding part does not apear in the preview engine that is running in the card builder. thanks

    Hi @Phil4 ,

This seems to be what the system automatically generates.

Please refer to the description of this notification contained in the comments of this blog:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/adaptive-cards-for-microsoft-teams-microsoft-flow-us-government-now-available/

"This line needs to be included due to security and privacy requirements -- any action that is posted in teams must have clear attribution to the user who caused that message to be posted, otherwise it would be possible for users in your organization to spam your channel and you would have no way to identify which user was taking those actions."

Besides, if you want this line to be removed, please consider voting for a similar idea below:
