Automatically Opening PowerApp Link in Browser

Hi All,

I have managed to build a flow that is triggered from a Sharepoint document library that sends a hyperlink via email. The hyperlink opens up a powerapp that I have develped with the DrawingTitle added to the URL as a Parameter.

https://web.powerapps.com/apps/xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx?DocID=DOCLink.PDF

This link is then sent in an email and once clicked the powerapp opens with the Param collected in a variable.

What I would like to do is simply skip the email part once the PowerApps link is built by adding the DocTitle as a parameter and just open the PowerApp in the browser from flow by replacing the send email action.

Can anyone offer any help on this please.

Regards

Jamie

    Hi @Anonymous,

Do you want to open the link from flow directly? I am afraid that it might be not possible to achieve it currently. please consider submitting your request on Flow Ideas Forum:

    Hi Mabel,

Yes the flow is triggered from the Sharepoint Document Library based on selecting an item and selecting the flow. The flow takes the document name and appends it as a  Param of the PowerApp URL.    The link is now built and works when sent in an email, instead of emailing it out I just want to open the link in the browser.

    Regards

    Jamie
