Hi,

I'm trying to establish a new connection to a custom connector, but the option is not available for me.

In the past, I was able to create connections to this connector just fine, but now it's not giving me the option to save.

The custom connector has "Connect via on-premises data gateway" checked.

So to reiterate - I have a few connections already established to older versions of the API I'm trying to implement, but now I can't create a new connection.

Any ideas why I can't create the connection?

Do you mean that you can not use gateway to connect with custom connector?

I think that should be gateway's problem.

Firstly, please that only in default environment you could use gateway.

Secondly, reinstall the latest version of gateway, here's the download link:

Thirdly, please check the gateway's status, make sure it is "connected".

Last but not least, please check your gateway's configurations, here's a doc for your reference:

What's more, On-premises connectivity is not available for Office 365 Business, Office 365 Enterprise E1 or Office 365 F1 SKUs.
