It's a temporally internal server error, some user's Flows have been resumed.
If your Flow is urgent, please contact the Support directly:

I can't View or Open Flows. Somewhat worrying! Flows in my tennant don't seem to be working.
Same here, unable to view any of my saved flows to edit them.
I get:
