Hi team,
I'm working on a Copilot that has a Knowledge base as a Excel File that as 14000 Rows.

I have written a clear set of instructions on how to filter out the data and give me the correct recommendations as I'm building a Recommendation Engine kind of bot.

Problem is :
When the user specifies his criteria the bot does not filter out properly and also as I have gave Excel file of 14000 Rows, It does not even pull 10 results even though I have the data.
Please advice on how do I do it..

yes i also faced the same issue.

imported excel data to Dataverse - it solved my issue. if possible try the dataverse option. let me know if you need more details.

Hello,

you should also consider using a Sharepoint List for that purpose and Get items action. It'll filter out all the necessary data for you.
