Hello,

I created "Send an email (V2)" in Power Automate.

This sends a csv file (Power BI Report) through email to a few people.

Is it possible to add a password to the file/attachment? Each time the person receives the email; to open the csv/excel file, they need to enter the password.

As far as I know, you will need to convert it to XLSX format to protect the workbook.

For encrypting the file and require users to enter a password to open it, you will need to use Power Automate Desktop - the Cloud version doesn't support this action, and apparently there is no GraphAPI endpoint for it. You can protect a worksheet or a workbook with Power Automate Cloud by using Office Scripts, so the user will still access and read the file, but will have some limitations for a few actions (edit the file, apply filters...).
