Automate Redmine server with firewall

I hoping to run the automation on a Redmine server which is built on Microsoft Azure.
The problem is the redmine server is using a firewall (network security) setting which blocks IP address which is not from the office.
Power Automate does not have an IP address therefore is it impossible to run Power Automate on this server?

Hello, thank you for your reply. I tried it a 1-2 months before Microsoft Flow is renamed to Microsoft Power Automate. I also tried it using it on Microsoft Power Automate today. I have enter the connection name, API Key and site url perfectly yet there is a test connection failed error. Thank you. Hope to hear from you soon.
