Creating a flow for tracking and saving recruitment documents

Hi

 

I am creating a flow for a part of a HR recruitment process. Basically, we will ask candidates to send us some samples of their work.

 

I want these files to automatically go into OneDrive with a folder labelled with their name.

 

I also want to have a spreadsheet tracking whether or not candidates have sent their samples.

 

Below is what I have so far. It's not pulling through the data correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions of simpler ways to do this please?
