Microsoft has recently said that our AI Builder paid license has been added to our tenant but I still see the message at the top saying that I have so many days and credits left on my trial. Is there something I need to do in the Admin Center to apply the license for my account?
Hi @Patrick2424,
Thank you for your purchase of AI Builder! 🙂 Once you purchase AI Builder add-ons, you need to allocate AI Builder credits to the environments you want from the Power Platform Admin Center. You can find instructions on how to do so here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-add-on#allocate-or-change-capacity-in-an-environment
Let us know if we can further help.
Thank you for your response however I do not see an Add-ons tile on the Capacity screen. I am logged in as a system admin.
Hi @Patrick2424, sorry to hear this. Is your account a:
at the tenant level (not at the environment level)? If this is the case and you cannot see the Add-ons tile, please contact us at aihelpen@microsoft.com and we can investigate what might be causing this.
