Microsoft has recently said that our AI Builder paid license has been added to our tenant but I still see the message at the top saying that I have so many days and credits left on my trial. Is there something I need to do in the Admin Center to apply the license for my account?

at the tenant level (not at the environment level)?
If this is the case and you cannot see the Add-ons tile, please contact us at aihelpen@microsoft.com and we can investigate what might be causing this.
Thank you for your response however I do not see an Add-ons tile on the Capacity screen. I am logged in as a system admin.

Thank you for your purchase of AI Builder! 🙂 Once you purchase AI Builder add-ons, you need to allocate AI Builder credits to the environments you want from the Power Platform Admin Center.
