10,000 licenses for Microsoft PowerApps

Hi. 
I have an organization tenant account but I saw I have 10,000 licenses for Microsoft PowerApps Plan 2 trial. 
Is it possible for us to administer these licenses if the said user trial license has already expired and wished to go for another trial run of the Plan 2 trial?
