Hey there,

Here is my use case. I build a bot with topics and several power automate flows (bot directly related and several related to its subject).

My question is, can I export my bot completely (content + flow) and share it with another organization/company/department (like an industrialization process)? Basically, I want to share everything with another company/department that loves my use case bot, and they don’t want to spend time building/training from scratch as I did, and they want also the flows.
Will they have access to the flows that I created ? By this i mean, will they have the structure of my flows so that they just adapt/ configure their credentials/ permission
I know that today i can do an import/export with power apps, but will this work also externally? and is the process the same? Like in the doc here :

If you are using the PVA for the Web (Online) you can export and import to another environment normally using this documentation here: Export and import bots using solutions (preview) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs

But if you are using PVA for Teams, you cannot do it yet.

Microsoft already explain about this limitation, and you can create ideas and vote here: Ideas (aka.ms)

Yes, you just need to open the bot and share with everyone that you want in this organization again.
Will they have access to the flows that I created ?
Yes, you just need to open all workflows and share with everyone that you want in this organization again.
I know that today i can do an import/export with power apps, but will this work also externally? and is the process the same?
Yes, only for PVA for the Web.
