PowerBI button to Open data in Excel

I want to create a button in Power BI so that users can open the data in Excel and decide where to save it or that the file is saved directly to their desktop. Is there any option?

I only find options to Export and indicate where to save them (OneDrive, SharePoint), which is not useful because the locations will be different for each user.
