Hi everyone,

I have a question, Is it possible to make a dropdown by groups? for example, in excel i can group many rows, like the pics.

I would like to do that in a table, like this:

pic2.png

Is it possible? also group the same names in the column "Supervisor"

I'm going to waiting for your comments,

Best regards.

    In your first request, I suggest you use 2 Galleries. One for the Group and the other for the expansion.

    Gallery 1 Items

    Distinct (Datasource,ColumnName)

    Gallery 2 items

    Filter (Datasource,ColumnName=Gallery1.Selected)

    On the second request on the Datatable, just sort the Datasource on the item property of the Datatable;

    Sort(Datasource, supervisor)

    Yes two galleries side by side

    One as the Group Head and the other for Details.

    Try the formula and give feedback

    Hi @Anonymous

    You may want to check out the GroupBy() function to create a Gallery and Subgallery.  @PaulD1  has a nice video that may help  your design.  https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Webinars-and-Video-Gallery/PowerApps-Gallery-SubGallery-using-GroupBy-and-Flexible-Height/m-p/74193
