I was reading through the PL-900 Exam, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals. I noticed that the study guide which I am attaching to this question does not cover Power Pages. On the 'Learning Path' for the exam I read the following:
"Microsoft Power Platform is composed of four key products: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents."

Yes it is part of the Power Platform - I suspect MS has not updated the page you refer to.

Microsoft certifications only contain features that are generally available and Power Pages were only released in mid-October.
Microsoft certifications are generally reviewed each quarter with a major review each year. Hence, the exams tend to lag behind product releases and changes, sometimes up to six months. It just depends when the review occur. I would expect Power Pages to be added sometime early next year.
