How can I fix this? Flow was working fine until last week and not changes were made.

It looks like there is an issue with some of the inputs, is it possible to share the inputs to the action or the full details of the error?

Error "Action 'Send_an_email_notification_(V3)' failed

Send an Email Notification doesn't work in all tenants. Microsoft stopped enabling the service in new tenants a couple years ago. You'll need to use the Outlook 365 send an email instead. You'll find this not in the limitations section of the documentation on that connector. "The Mail connector is currently restricted for new tenants. Please consider using alternatives like Office 365 Outlook, Gmail, SendGrid connector instead." Mail - Connectors | Microsoft Learn

This started happening on dec 26. All email using send an email v3 connector stopped. I have no key value pair, just a simple notification email.

Switched the connector to Office 365 V2 and all coming through fine now. Thanks!
