This maybe a long shot but I was wondering if someone can help me with the premium Licence installation. My company has purchased the premium licence but it doesn't seem to be working on my account. When I have checked the licences against me its showing the premium licence and the extra options in regards to building the flow are availble to me. Only reason I noticed its not working is because I am still hitting a throttling limit which on the free licence is 6-10k but on the upgrade it should be 40-100k. I have asked my IT department but as its a new extra we have had as a company I just want to see if someone can tell me what they need to do/check when having it on a user as it doesn't work for me. Anything need to be unblocked/updated etc.
