'When an email arrives' for a different user

We have external vendors that have mailboxes in our organization. For the users that do no log in on a regular basis I want to send an email to their external email address when a new email arrives in their mailbox in our org.

The problem with this is the author of the flow needs to get an external user to enter their email creds in a flow that they have authored.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Why use flow for something like that.

The user should create a rule to forward or redirect the mails.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

We do not allow email forwarding rules in our organization.

I would like to send a 'You've got mail' style of notification without forwarding the email.

OK, I understand. In that case you will need the credentials otherwise everybody could create a flow reading every email. I think you could also try to share the email box.
