Send single email with multiple items from Power BI

Hello,

I just started using Power Automate and I'm wondering how to resolve this problem.

I'm trying to create a flow that will send single email to multiple users with multiple items.

My dataset contains information about messages that haven't been answered yet and users responsible for them. I'd like to send an email to every user that is responsible for answering with a list of all messages that are pending on his/her side. At the moment my flows send multiple emails to the users.

Thanks in advance,

Jagoda

It would be hard to create an example specific to your use case, but here is how you might approach it in general terms.

    1. First, create a collection of unique emails
      1. Use a select() action to select the emails
      2. Use a union() expression and use the output of the Select for both parameters - the result will be an array of unique emails
      3. Loop through the unique emails
        1. In the loop use a select and Filter array action to filter on the email (current item)
        2. Create an HTML table with the output of the filter array
        3. Send the email with the HTML table to the current email address

Here are screen shots for a Flow that does the same thing but uses SharePoint as the data source:

    Hope this helps...

Hello @ScottShearer, thanks for your answer. I modified a few steps as it is shown here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tp0jLnmKcEs and it worked well.

I have the same problem as the partner. In the case of data that is extracted from a report in Power BI, what would the flow to create look like? I really appreciate your help
