Create multiple workflows for one team mailbox?

I have a workflow created that if comes to the team mailbox the email/attachments will go to one document library in SharePoint - is it possible to have multiple workflows that from team mailbox the email/attachments will go to the document library based off of the email it is coming from?  i.e. - team mailbox gets an email from a specific state with specific email each time and I want it to go to a different SharePoint library already created than the main SharePoint where other emails are going

The original workflow has "blank" in the from - can I add a specific email and have it go to a different SharePoint library?

    Hi @melkatbry19 ,

Yes you can do this in one flow and add a switch action so if the email is from someone, do these actions, from someone else, do these actions, etc, etc.  Inside of those switch cases, you can also add a subject or body conditional action that says, if the subject contains this State, create here, otherwise create here, etc, etc.

That said, the Switch action will handle up to 25 different cases and inside of each of those, you can have additional condition action branching.

    Hi @melkatbry19 ,

Also note, you can make copies of this flow and add a trigger condition (in the settings) the "..." and have each flow handle a specific from, or to:, or email or body content.  You have lots of options here.

I have completed the workflow but I assume I am missing something because it is coming back as successful whenever there is a new email added to team mailbox but it is not going to the SharePoint site location.

    Hi @melkatbry19 ,

Try this please.  You may need to add .msg to the file name but try with just the subject first, shown below:
