Hello
I'm trying to grant a user access (read and write) to a record with Power Automate. But first I would like to revoke access to all previous users. How is that possible?
Or is there a way to add and remove users from an Access Team?
Hi @BL2,
There is no direct action could manage a record access permission in d365.
As a workaround, you could use request API to remove a user from the MS teams, here is document about this API, please refer to it:

Thank you for your answer. I found this here as a partial solution:
https://onlinemgblog.wordpress.com/2020/07/20/power-automate-share-record-using-unbound-action/
But here I still have the problem of how I can pass several attributes (e.g. read and write) and how can I revoke access?
In the unbound actions there is an entry "RevokeAccess" but here I am missing the code to revoke access again?
Nobody has an idea on this topic? I can not imagine that this no one has brought.
I need solution for that, hope by now you have an idea about that.
Thanks in advance, reply is much appreciated.

We've discussed this topic extensively in this thread. It is possible to share the data sets using Powerautomate. However, in order to withdraw the rights again, one must withdraw the rights from everyone.
