I am trying to setup a contract expire date reminder flow. where I have 11,000 items in my library.

Now i have to retrieve "Date only" from "Policy_Expire" column in my sharepoint library and compare it with "Future time" minus 7 days to send an email 7 days before the expiry date.

I have below flow which is not working for 11,000 items.

    Hi @VenkatKodari

    Thank you for posting.

The default upper limit of Get items is 5000.

To get more than 5000 items, you can turn ON the Pagination feature. This is done from the action's settings:

Turn ON the Pagination feature and set the threshold to 100,000:

Hope the content above may help you.

    Best Regards

    Hi @v-LilyW-msft,

    Thank you or your reply.

I already tried that and got below error. Looks like plan 1 limits.

The pagination policy of workflow run action 'Get_items' of type 'ApiConnection' at line '1' and column '1180' is not valid. The value specified for property 'minimumItemsCount' exceeds the maximum allowed. Actual: '100000'. Maximum: '5000'.

My org admin said plan 2 cost is not worth for one flow.

    Any work around for this.

    Thanks
    Venkat

    Hi @VenkatKodari

    Thank you for your responding..

The maximum paginated items depends on the license you have.

    Hi @v-LilyW-msft,

Thank you very much for your help.

Thanks for your confirmation. If there is no programmatic workaround, I will take this as the solution.

    Thanks

    Venkat
