Facing error - Custom Action in Power Automate Desktop

I'm encountering a "failed to initialize module loader" error in Power Automate Desktop while trying to run my custom module. I've checked my code and dependencies, but I'm unable to pinpoint the issue. I'm only using standard libraries like Microsoft.PowerPlatform.PowerAutomate.Desktop.Actions.SDK and System.Diagnostics.
