Organize desktop flows in folders or solutions

Hello Power Automate Masters,

I'm wondering how to keep my desktop flows organized, ideally by different folders or solutions? It's really been a chaos when I'm working on multiple projects - all my flows just got stacked one by one and I can't tell which flow belongs to the project that I'm going to work on...while it doesn't make much sense to ask my admin to create a new environment for every project...

Kindly guide me how you guys keep things tidy and organized...THANK YOU!!

I have the same question (0)

I don't think you can separate the Desktop flows in you Power Automate Desktop app.

You should name your flows certain way that its easy to understand what project they are part of.

For example how it would look in Power Automate Desktop:

Then in cloud(make.powerauomte.com) you should have them in their correct solutions and also named clearly:

    Example of inside PROJECT-0002_ExcelHanling:

So think of clear naming scheme for yourself and name the flows, connection references and everything else clearly and logically so its gonna be easy to navigate to correct flows.
