SharePoint List not Being Read as Intended

I have a SharePoint List with columns:

Member Name Member Dept Committees (there are 5 to chose from) Fun Fact

When Power Apps import the list, I know how to change what field to use, however for instance if I select Committees, it does not list the five, it lists one for each row.

How do I fix this, Thanks in advance!!! Also, Im a newbie..if you have not already noticed 🙂

how do you import the list ?, do you insert a form and connect it to the list ? and to confirm in your list that column a choice column ?

LOL.. I don't even know how to do that.. lol
I start Power Apps and chose SharePoint as data source, then the SharePoint and then the list, I only have one list in this particular Teams site, for now any way.
