The New Interface of Power Automte - when and how?

I am a bit worried about the new interface.

I have so far only tested it breifly. So far i have not found it very helpful and is not that impressed.

When i work daily i use mainly the old interface today.

I have heard that the new interface will be mandatory from 2025 march.

Is this true?

Do i need to be worried that flows will start failing when being opened in the new interface, some variables or calcualtions will need to be setup again in the new interface?

When i tested a while back i noticed that some functions that i had made just disapeard if i opened the new interface, but if i switched back to the old one before saving the flow the function was in place.

Or is this all wrong and it is just a cosmetic makeover?

Anything else need to plan ahead for?

Hi,

You don't need to worry about anything. The new designer has come a long way and, in my opinion, officially stable. Many people on here are using in production and some of the MVPs that I follow on LinkedIn have reported the same thing.

I have rebuilt a couple hundred flows from scratch with the new designer, no issues to report.
