The last few months and weeks the Holiday Request Form works until recently. The approving managers are not receiving the requests although employees received confirmation notification that the requests have been submitted. I have checked my flow and found that the Get manager (V2) flow has failed. After a few days spent on trying to fix the Get Manager (V2) to work by replacing my "Responder's email address" (that is pulled through using dynamic content as part of the form questions) with "Mail", this fixed the error but after hitting the flow checker and running tests, the next flow: "Start and wait for an approval" is now showing an error.
I am struggling to resolve this for I keep getting the below.
And when I tried following the link it always give me an error 404. I have been on the community site to check if there is any resolution to this but nothing came! Can anyone please help? This is a simple holiday request form with a two-level approval. Whether I input the 1.) Responder's email address (email address of the responder who submitted the form) and 2. Mail (under the Get manager profile (V2) of the dynamic content, on the Assigned to field, nothing works.
The first one worked in the last weeks and even if I change it with latter, the result of the flow test for the start and wait for approval is still a fail (!)
