Stop a Flow based on another Flow

Hello One and All,  I have 3 flows.  The first one is a Per Diem Request to the Manager.  The second sends the Manager a daily email if the original request is not approved or denied.  After 30 days, the third flow notifys the End User that the request was not touched.

My issue is in the first flow, 2 requests failed.  The second flow is still sending emails.  How can I add a condition to the second email to not send emails if the first flow fails?
