I'm new to MS Flow/Power Automate. Need help with automating one of the business processes. My team is responsible for product support readiness before launch of the product and hence responsible for completing various tasks before product launch. These tasks are performed & tracked very manually today. I'm trying to explore if MS flow can be used within sharepoint to automate some of the tasks. Provided below is a general high level task list.
1) New product announcement - 6 months before launch, person A responsible for announcing it to various teams (e-mail)
2) Web content, training content readiness - 4 months before launch, person B responsible for content validation
3) Spare parts readiness - 2 months before launch, person C responsible for raising PO on time etc
4) Training delivery readiness - 1 month before launch, person D responsible for delivering training
5) Product launch - 0 month (ultimate timeline to meet. The various tasks needs to be assigned to team based on this...launch minus 6 months and so on)
The trigger for this workflow should be a person creating product details (either form or folder etc) in sharepoint. Can someone help with the steps to be followed to get this done please
