I need to understand why the "Grant access to an item or a folder" action is behaving differently in the two different tenants.
In the first one:
When some of the eMail addresses that are used in the "Recipients" section of this action (they are stored in string variable with ";" separator) are not found in the directory the FLOW action is completed successfully. The action is providing access to the people that are found with no errors. The missing one is not taken into consideration at all. I could even type some custom text, no error at all.
In the second action the same test:
The action fails and is not giving access to anyone if even one of the users stored in the variable is not found. The error is "Not found".
I need to understand how to achieve the same FLOW action behavior from the first tenant (in this example), in order to use it in the second tenant. If the user is deleted, you have typed something incorrect or etc. the FLOW to give permissions only to the found eMail addresses.
