Hi all,

I’m just starting out with PowerApps and have an idea for an app I would like to create. My question though, is it possible for a user (let’s say IT support) to send a unique and secure text message or email to a customer and they remotely authorise their smartphone camera so the IT support can troubleshoot faults remotely using video? The IT support could then take snaps if they needed also and store these securely?

I hope that makes sense?
