how to send a follow-up email if the original email sent from my flow was not responded to

How can I get my flow to send a follow up email if the original email was not responded to?

    What I would usually do in this scenario is create a variable at the start of the flow and use that in a do until loop on a parallel branch to send reminders 
    Similar to the below 
     
    Important note : the delay is important else it will be constantly spamming the person with reminder emails
    In this example I use a variable so I can send the first reminder 3 days later and after that adjust it to daily reminders. Adjust accordingly to your needs 
     
     
    Side Note : if you are using this for an approvals reminder. Approvals time out after 30 days
