Good to be part of this community.
I am working on a Power Automate, where if the condition is met within D365 i.e. Field A contains data, I want to post a adaptive card in to a Team Channel, but I want to include a link / URL to the D365 record in the adaptive card.
I am having trouble trying to create a link/URL of the D365 Record.
Any help on this would be great.

I don't think you can create just a link to a record. What you could do is create a Power App form and use the link to that while passing in the record ID as a parameter for display.
