Hi,
I am creating an onboarding cloud flow. Once new hire's information is gathered, the flow is triggered and then send an approval email to hiring manager. When I test the flow, some people click wrong button (like clicking Accept when they want to Reject). I am thinking of 2 solutions:
- any chance I can revoke the flow if giving wrong approval
- can I have a confirmation pop up when clicking either approval or reject button?
To me, it sounds like a training issue.
You cannot add a confirmation pop-up in Power Automate approvals.
All you can do is capture the response and handle it in your flow.
If Reject is not an option, just don't display it to them by using custom options for approval
