MS Flow for MS Outlook e-mail approval process

Dear Flow community!

We are looking for a solution for the following problem and are wondering whether MS Flow could provide us with a solution.

The issue is the following:

We are using MS Outlook (currently Outlook 2013) for sending e-mails. Some of the e-mails need to be approved by up to 2 persons at our company prior to sending. There is no possibility to define given chains of approval by subject or client (e-mail recipient) as the chain of approvals vary. The approval chain requires sequential approvals and there is the need that the approvers can be selected for each e-mail individually.

The approver(s) need to receive a notification that an approval is expected/due.

The given approvals (or rejections) have to be documented.

The e-mail – once all the approvals are collected – should be sent in the name of the original sender automatically without requiring further actions from the original sender.

Our question:

Does MS provide a tool / solution for our business process problem? Is MS Flow something we should consider? If so, please direct us to relevant documentation.

Kind regards,

    @Hortai :

    First, Flow cannot solve your problem.  That said, here is a link to Exchange Online documentation that details what is possible with email approvals.
