Hello,

We are preparing to implement a governance strategy to clean up inactive flows. As part of this process, I am working on retrieving the last run information for these flows using cloud flows.

If anyone has successfully achieved this, could you please share the details on how you did it?

Thank you,
Chandra

    Hi Chandra,

By default, flow run history is kept for 28 days.

If an inactive flow of 90 days needs to be investigated you would not have any history anymore for that specific flow because it is passed that 28 days:

Unless you have an ETL process/integration which stores the flow run history into a separate database/data store.
