Multi-level approval always results in approved email

Hi, 

 

I have a multi-level approval that I'm having issues with.  The first approval works as intended.  It will send the correct email that corresponds with approve/reject.  When the flow gets to the second approval, it always results in the approve email being generated, regardless of whether the response was approve or reject.  Thank you in advance for any help.

    Please check that the dynamic content of the second control's approval comes from the first approval or the second approval?
