Today I was checking for failures in the Cloud Flow Activity. It is only showing the Flow ID and no name. Is there any way to fix this to show the name?

As far as I am aware that is currently not possible.
I would suggest to have a look at/follow this thread. It looks like it is identified as a known issue:
