Acknowledge that creating & replicating an Excel Spreadsheet with a SharePoint list is a simple task once you have installed the add-in "SynchronizeWSSandExcel". However, if the excel table you wish to replicate (table 3) has been derived from a power query join of tables 1 & 2, after the initial "Publish and Allow Sync", table 3 reverts to "connection-only" and is no longer associated with tables 1 & 2, but table 3 can continue to synchronise with the SharePoint list. If you re-associate table 3 with tables 1 & 2, suddenly the "Synchronize with SharePoint" option disappears when you right-mouse-click on table 3.
When either of tables 1 & 2 are updated, I want to be able to reload table 3 and receive those updates. Then I want to be able to synchronise table 3 with my SharePoint list, so that the SharePoint list now has these updates.
Has anyone else struck this?
