unable to find Cloud Flow run history nor able to test flow

While testing the flow, under automatically it shows" there are no runs for this flow" while under manually it shows " this flow cannot be triggered for testing". This instant cloud flow is created by previous user using sharepoint sites , the person left the organization and hence these flows are now shared with me. I am unable to test flow, find flow run history, "edit column" is not activated too

kindly help.

Is this issue related with Environments without a Dataverse database? Since I was updating the microsoft list contents which is linked to sharepoint sites through these flows and the changes were not getting reflected and when I tried to run the flows I couldn't run as there is no run history under 28 days flow run history, the edit column is not highlighted, and while checking the flow the test couldn't run neither manually nor automatically... I am not sure what exactly is the issue here...

Hi @dhwani ,

If you're an admin (if not, you can ask the IT department in your organization for help), you can use this action to add you as an owner of the flow.

In addition , PowerShell can do a good job too.

Set-AdminFlowOwnerRole -FlowName <String> -EnvironmentName <String> -PrincipalType <String> -RoleName <String> -PrincipalObjectId <String> [-ApiVersion <String>] [<CommonParameters>]

Thanks alot. I appreciate your help. Let me take help of IT person and see whether it resolves the issue.

Out of 68 instant cloud flows created by previous owner I tested 6 of them out of which I could only see flow history of 2 of them the rest flows no luck.... the flows which worked and the ones which didn't work both showed my name as owners ... so what will be the technical glitch over here... no idea though... can you help...
