Cannot create flows

Hi team,

I'm new to power automate desktop. I have got access to different environments but in the Power automate desktop I'm not able to select any environments visible. there is no tick against the environment I select and also the "New flow" option is not visible. Please help me. I get the below error

    Do you have a Power Automate Premium license? It is needed to be able to use Power Automate Desktop with a work/school account.
