I am currently facing an issue with triggering a desktop flow through the Power Apps application by a different user without a connection. Purchased a attended Power Automate Premium. The desktop flow is integrated with a cloud flow, and the cloud flow is integrated with Power Apps. Want another few users to execute the desktop flow from a power apps application. he has a access to the Power Apps application but he doesn't have access to both the desktop and cloud flow. The desktop has been added to a machine group and is successfully connected. It is working for the person who has developed the end to end solution. But it is not working for another user who have the application access. It is asking desktop machine connection again for all other users.
Do we have any method to overcome the connection issue with desktop?
All users running desktop flows from the cloud need to be licensed with Premium licenses.
Otherwise, if there's a lot of users, it might make more sense to get a Process license to run unattended flows on a single machine for all users in the environment.
