Send an email v2 connector and hotmail.com

I am having a strange issue with one of my flows - 70% of users with a hotmail.com email address tell me they are not receiving the emails ~300 users, they get the emails to the corporate email address but they have the option to CC: in a personal address, the flow does not report any errors and shows successfully completed with code 200.

I tested this outside of the flow with a brand new trigger and the end user reported the same again, is there any known issues with power automate and hotmail.com, I have seen a few articles suggesting adding to safe senders lists but I really don't want to get into supporting end users with an email client I am not familiar with, any guidance is appreciated. I can send an email from the corporate mailbox to hotmail.com without any issues.

    @StevieTheBookie - Can you ask your users to check the SPAM\JUNK folder?.

     

    Also, ask your Exchange admin to run a Message trace. They should be able to confirm that these emails are actually being delivered to the user are not being blocked for some reason.

    Thanks, I'll look into a message trace, I asked them to check spam/junk when I was with them and nothing.
