I am having a strange issue with one of my flows - 70% of users with a hotmail.com email address tell me they are not receiving the emails ~300 users, they get the emails to the corporate email address but they have the option to CC: in a personal address, the flow does not report any errors and shows successfully completed with code 200.
I tested this outside of the flow with a brand new trigger and the end user reported the same again, is there any known issues with power automate and hotmail.com, I have seen a few articles suggesting adding to safe senders lists but I really don't want to get into supporting end users with an email client I am not familiar with, any guidance is appreciated. I can send an email from the corporate mailbox to hotmail.com without any issues.
