Automatically Accept Approvals?

Is there a way to automatically accept approvals? I am running into a unique scenario where I am trying to automate contact creation without any human intervention. I currently have my flow set up when any email arrives to my company's domain it triggers. I then have a GPT prompt to extract the sender's email address, phone number, and full name. However, using a GPT prompt requires me to use approvals after the action when I do not want to use them. My custom models do not have as good of detection so I have been staying away from using them for the time being. Is there any way around this?

From a cybersecurity perspective, automatically accepting approvals in Power Automate can pose significant risks. One major concern is unauthorized access. Automatically accepting approvals can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive data or systems, especially if the automation process is triggered by external emails.

Another issue is data integrity. Without human intervention, there's a risk of incorrect or malicious data being processed and stored, which can compromise the integrity of your data. Additionally, many industries have strict compliance requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA, that mandate certain approvals and checks. Bypassing these could lead to regulatory violations and hefty fines.

Security breaches are also a concern. Automated processes without proper checks can be exploited by attackers to introduce malware or other security threats into your system. Furthermore, human approvals provide a layer of accountability and oversight that is crucial for maintaining security and trust within an organization.

While automating contact creation can improve efficiency, it's important to balance this with security considerations.

Because of these risks, I am not even going to suggest a way to do this.

@TR-30012215-0 I thought of one thing that would make this process less risky, which would be to use an e-mail validation service such as Validity: Data-Driven Solutions for Marketing & Sales Excellence. This would help to ensure the e-mail is not coming from a know source of spam or is a temporary e-mail address often used by bad actors. However, I would still run this by your company's security team to get feedback. Then reading your post again, I don't know why you need to use chat GPT to extract the sender's e-mail address. You can get that directly from the when a new mail arrives action.
