Can't access Activity Party List Drop down values for Custom Activities in CRM

Hi

Trying to create a custom activity record in our system
using Common data Service in Power Automate

When I try to access the activity party List drop down
I saw the following error message

Could not retrieve values. Encountered internal server error.
The tracking Id is 'efadf44f-43a3-4f22-9ac0-39d2910e1577'.
Enter custom value

The entity where I encounter this is a custom activity for Dynamics CRM .
For OOTB activity entities like appointment and Phone call
I could access the drop down

My Question is are custom activity entities supported in flow ?

If not do I have to do my work using Azure functions

or is it just a case of there is something wrong with my enviroment

and Microsoft should check it out ?

My site settings
location:Australia
Enviroment: CoatesHire-dev

Thanks

    Hi,

Yes it should be possible to use custom entities. Since its having difficulty pulling the specific data from this custom activity, I would recommend trying to enter them manually using the "enter custom value" option. I would also recommend creating some test flows to see if you can pull from the custom entity using other less specific actions. If you are still having issues you can always create a ticket with Microsoft support. I'll include a link below if you would like to go down that route.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

    Regards,

    Alex
