Random 403 Forbidden Errors when creating file.

Hi All,

 

   I'm having an issue which i can't figure out.

   So, i have a Power App, which basically generates a PDF and saves it at SharePoint.

   My flow runs 'okish', as on random occasions it fails, throwing 403 forbidden error.

So far it seems that issue is limited to certain users, but I checked their access rights to SharePoint location where the file is being created, and they have same level of access as other users that do not experience the issue.

Flow is not generating massive number of files (40 - 50 per day), so I don't think I'm hitting any threshold limits.

 

Can anyone suggest what might be the issue here?

    @Burnt_Fingers  may i know what is the trigger of your flow, also can you check if permissions are different for the document library/folder in which the file is created?
