I have set up a flow that consists of the following:
When originally testing the workflow, I didn't add anything to the From (Send as) field and all of the requests in Service Manager were coming in as me. So I updated it to a mailbox I have send on behalf rights with, that I use in other workflows (and works just fine) and it's still not working.
The flow tests successfully but the ticket never shows in Service Manager. I'm asking my SysAdmin to check to see if there's anything getting held up but other than that, I can't think of what could be the problem.
Why does it work with NOTHING in the From field but does NOT work if I have a mailbox that I have send on behalf rights for?
Thanks in advance for your help!
I wish I had a great solution but I do have a question. Would it be possible to setup the flow and or connection to be an SPN, so that it wont be you sending and it can be left without a Send As value?
If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others
Cheers
Thank You
