I have several Power Automate flows that use the “When an upcoming event is starting soon (V3)” trigger, with the look-ahead interval set to 15 minutes. I’ve been using these flows with my calendar for a few years without any issues.

However, around May 11, 2026, all of these flows suddenly stopped triggering for upcoming events. I’ve verified that the time zones in my calendar, Microsoft 365 account, and Power Automate are all aligned (UTC -06:00), so that doesn’t appear to be the cause. My IT team also confirmed that no backend changes were made and hasn’t been able to identify the issue.

After troubleshooting for several weeks, I discovered that if I set the look-ahead interval to 301 minutes, the flows trigger and execute as expected.

I’m trying to determine if anyone else has experienced this issue or has found a resolution. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

This seems to be a duplicate topic from an earlier reported issues.

Solution there was:

Creating the copy of the flow as suggested by Microsoft Support solved the problem for me.
