I suddenly get the following error when cloud flow is running: You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser.

I am both the owner of the excel file and the owner of the cloud flow. Permissions were already given when writing the cloud flow.
Using a personal OneDrive account (free version).
Everything in my cloud flow is working properly except when it reaches the part where it needs add a row to an excel table (OneDrive). The flow works fine if I have the excel file open in browser and I resubmit the failed flow, but when the excel file is not already open in browser, the flow fails. What I don't understand is why the file needs to be open in browser if this is a flow that auto-runs in the cloud?
Do I have to use the action: Add a row into a table. Excel Online (Business)
instead of the action: Add a row into a table. Excel Online (OneDrive)?
